Opie

Eva........so glad you have wrote. Looked at the puppies and they are lovely. Like the photos of the little girl in red and the joy on her face. So sorry about the bitch that died from heart disease. What was the cause? Have not had any health issues or heart problems from Opie's puppies. So sad. Opie is back home which makes me happy. I live on a large horse farm of 300 acres. Opie goes with me to work each day. We feed the horses and clean the barn then if the weather is good he will watch me work the horses. Will then go check the grounds with my pickup truck. Opie sits in the center console and watches the road and animals. We run errands to the stores, bank, etc. where all know the little brown dog with me.  In the summer we take a golf cart. When we are very busy Opie might cover 20+ miles a day keeping up with everyone. At night my Borders (4) and I will sit in the garden reading or watch T.V. till bed time. My dogs live in the house and sleep in the bed. Many people visit the farm so Opie needs to greet everyone young and old. He is very good natured getting along well with guests, kids, horses, and strange dogs.  Look on my website and you can see pictures of the dogs. www.windwardborderterriers.com .
